Opening of the section "Police Agora" in the editorial line of the University Center

The editorial line of the University Center opens its "Police Agora" section with the publication of the monograph "The European Border and Coast Guard Agency" (FRONTEX) by Chief Inspector Dr. Iván Velasco Miranda.
In the current scenario that we live in, the question that arises is unavoidable: Is the European Border and Coast Guard Agency prepared to assume its current mandate, as well as to manage the future migratory and border crises that this continent has to face?To answer this question, this monograph focuses on the birth, evolution and current situation of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, undoubtedly marked by Regulation (EU) 1896/2019, of recent creation.
