International transfers

They are provided for when the request indicates the need for the Administration, in compliance with the legislation in force, to transfer the data provided by the interested party to a third state or international body, proceeding in those cases in accordance with the provisions of both Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and the possibility of their free movement, and Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the criminal investigation or prosecution of personal data.

Period of conservation

The information will be kept for a period of five years except those communications whose content may result in criminal legal consequences that will be maintained during the time in which the investigation and judicial process is carried out in your case, as well as the period of time of prescription of possible criminal responsibilities and cancellation of police and criminal records.

Technical and organizational security measures

In a generic way, those determined by Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration, and specifically, those provided by Order INT/424/2019, of 10 April, which approves the information security policy in the field of electronic administration of the Ministry of the Interior and the general guidelines on information security for the dissemination of provisional results in electoral processes.

How to exercise your rights
