The monograph tries to unravel and analyze the main national and international organizations and structures dedicated to international collaboration in security, also addressing their composition, functioning, activities, evolution and profiles. Likewise, the different tools and instruments that form the wide available panel are detailed, their purposes and applicability, also evidencing their need for evolution and permanent adaptation, which facilitates being able to face the situations that arise, optimizing results and minimizing damages.
