The issue of certification of the equivalence of his appointment as Police Officer to that of Superior Technician, Order EFP/805/2023, of 17 July, which establishes the equivalence of the category of Police Officer of the basic scale of the National Police Corps to the title of Superior Technician corresponding to vocational training.

Its processing can be done through the electronic portal of the aforementioned Ministry in its access to “EQUIVALENCES” of the Citizen’s Portal.

Next, you must access the link “Equivalencies of the training of security forces with Professional Training of the Educational System” and follow the instructions that are detailed.

The applicant must register in advance at the Electronic Education Headquarters.

Once registered, you must attach the following documentation:

• Verified photocopy or authentic electronic copy of the official document proving to be in possession or in a position to obtain the title of Police Officer of the National Police Corps.
• Verified photocopy or authentic electronic copy of the official academic document that proves to be in possession or in a position to obtain the aforementioned Bachelor’s degree, studies passed or degree equivalent for academic purposes to the aforementioned degree.
• Photocopy of the National Identity Document, in the event that the consent contained in annex I is not given for the verification of identity data through the Data Verification System (Royal Decree 522/2006, of 28 April).

All Police Officers interested in completing the Degree in Police Studies are recommended to apply for this certification as soon as possible.
